Rescuing a stalled headless or composable replatform

When a headless or composable replatform is late, over budget, or stuck between teams, Fidget Labs runs a Stalled Program Rescue: two weeks, €12,500 or $17,500 fixed. We establish why it stalled, name the architectural decisions being deferred, make them with you, and hand over a written path to moving again that your team and integrator can execute. We do not compete for the delivery work.

You are probably here because

  • The go-live date has moved more than once and nobody can say what it depends on
  • The integrator is still billing and the same decisions keep coming back to the steering meeting
  • Content, commerce, and front-end teams each blame the other's platform
  • Nobody senior enough to make the architecture call is on the program

What we do

  1. Read the architecture, the backlog, and the integration contracts, and talk to the people doing the work
  2. Find the root cause, with evidence, in writing
  3. Make the deferred decisions with you, not for you
  4. Leave a sequenced plan, or stay on as Embedded Architecture if you want someone making the calls

Questions

How much does a replatform rescue cost?

€12,500 or $17,500 fixed for two weeks. If you are not sure the problem is architectural, the two-week Architecture Review (€7,500 or $10,000) diagnoses it first and is credited in full if the rescue follows.

Will you replace our integrator?

No. We provide architecture, not delivery, so we have no reason to take the build from your partner. Most rescues end with the same integrator moving faster.
