Connecting AI agents to your CMS, DXP, and commerce platform

Fidget Labs connects AI agents to existing CMS, DXP, and commerce platforms. It starts with the Architecture Review: two weeks, €7,500 or $10,000 fixed, answering the question buyers now put in RFPs: can an agent use the capabilities we need, with the permissions and controls we require? AI Implementation then builds it, deterministic where rules work and a model only where judgment is needed, with an evaluation harness you own.

You are probably here because

  • Leadership wants AI agents working with your content, commerce, and internal tools, and the platform has no clear way in
  • Your APIs were built for a website, not for an agent acting on a customer's behalf
  • Nobody can say what an agent would be allowed to read, change, or buy
  • A pilot works in a demo and nobody trusts it in production

What we do

  1. Map which capabilities an agent needs and whether your APIs, content, and permissions expose them safely
  2. Design the agent layer, including MCP tools where they fit, on top of the stack you already run
  3. Put the rules in code and the model where judgment is needed, so cost and behavior stay predictable
  4. Leave an evaluation harness so your team can prove each release is better than the last

Questions

Do we need to replatform before adding AI agents?

Usually not. If your CMS and commerce platform expose clean APIs, agents can sit on top. The review tells you which gaps matter and which do not.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job. We are model-agnostic and design so the model can be swapped later without rebuilding the integration.
