The short version

This site sets a small number of cookies. None of them are used for advertising, and none of them build a profile of you across other websites.

What is set

Calendly sets its own cookies when the booking calendar loads. Those are Calendly's, governed by Calendly's cookie policy.

Turning them off

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, though it will forget your theme preference.

To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Why there is no cookie banner

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no consent to collect for those. If that changes, a banner will appear before the cookies do, not after.

Do not

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data, whether ours or a third party's.
• Probe, scan or test the security of our systems without written permission. If you want to report a vulnerability, see Responsible Disclosure.
• Send automated traffic at a rate that degrades the service for other people.
• Submit someone else's personal data to our tools without a lawful basis for doing so.
• Impersonate anyone, including us.
• Republish our content as your own.

Specifically on AI

• Do not use output from our tools to claim a compliance status you do not hold. The EU AI Act Risk Check is informational and says so.
• Do not present our tools' output as legal advice to a third party.
• Do not use our tools as part of a system that makes automated decisions about people without human oversight.

If you breach this

We may withdraw access to the free tools. Where a breach is also unlawful, we may report it.
